Bengaluru is City of Temples, city of startups,city of pubs, city of rich culture, city full of energy.
Joining guided walks and exploring city with proper guidance has always been in my bucket list. Got opportunity to join such walk last Saturday. Took my husband too for this walk, initially he was super grumpy and after 30 min of walk he was OK.
We started our walk at 9:30 am at Dodda Ganapathi temple. Took the blessings of Doddaganapathi, then we moved to Big Bull Temple, took the blessings of Nandi. Then we moved to the Bugle Rock park. This park has huge history.
Post that we had street side coffee and hot vada. Post that we started our exploration of Gandhi Bazar. We had a stop at Srinivasa Brahmin Bakery, understood about the story behind Congress mixture we bought several snacks there Post that explored Gandhi Baazar in its length and breadth.
In the last we visited Ramakrishna math and concluded our walk.
What a fantastic walk it was. Don’t ever miss such walks…they help you explore and understand beauty of the city.
