Some Sincere Thoughts On ANGER, INTROSPECTION & GOD

Namaste  to All of You 🙂

Has been so many days that i wrote a blog on serious topic here.

First of all, let me ask you one question

“Do you get angry? ”

Ok..that was a stupid question. Of course we do get angry.

Let me ask you one more question .

“Do you get angry on yourself?  and How do you deal that anger? ”

We all have our ways of dealing anger on others and the anger on self. However, through my personal experience of all these years, I realized how my methods of dealing anger have been transforming.

Yes, of course the way we deal with our anger on others and the anger on self depends on so many aspects. I donot want to deep dive into those reasons in this post, however, I want to emphasize on one factor called ” Consciousness of God ” / “Krishna Consciousness” .

If we develop this Consciousness of God , there is lot of strength, fearlessness and the rate of recovery from the anger is pretty fast. The storms in the mind get tamed by the self introspection and the calmness in the mind is restored in a good speed.

In this life, there are some events we need to suffer because of our prarabda karma. We cannot avoid it. Ok, you might be curious to know about “Prarabdha Karma”. Do google about it, it is quite interesting concept. Gives answers to so many of our mysterious questions and situations of life. However, in this journey of dealing our karma, we can make our approach to karma better by developing consciousness of God.

Life at work or at home is all about restoration of normalcy in the times of any incidents. The rate at which we restore to normalcy is called the “maturity of the system” and how does that maturity develop? By having effective processes, mechanisms, support systems in place. It is quite impossible to have zero incidents in life or at work however restoring to normalcy and ensuring that there is no impact on overall system is the main criteria.

Consider any matured organization, the number of major incidents they have and the rate at which they restore their services to normalcy happens in Gods speed. How are they able to do it? They have effective process, tools and people in place.

Consider any matured individual. The way they deal the major incidents. problems and disasters in their life. They do suffer, however they get back to normalcy pretty fast. How do they do it? They have effective, resilient inner systems of ethics, values and of almighty.

Whether it is matured organizations or matured people they constantly do self introspection and improve their ways of dealing the stuff.

We need stronger individuals, because it is individuals who make a society and stronger individuals contribute to stronger societies. We need to make continuous effort to make ourself more strong internally in all the aspects.

Yesterday in my regular reading of Srimadh Bhaghavatam, I got to read below slokas in the Canto 6 and this all made me stop for few minutes and think about the topic of Anger, self introspection and God 🙂

Translation:
One who inquires into self-realization and thus subdues his powerful anger — which awakens suddenly in the body as if falling from the sky — transcends the influence of the modes of material nature.
Purport:

When one becomes angry, he forgets himself and his situation, but if one is able to consider his situation by knowledge, one transcends the influence of the modes of material nature. One is always a servant of lusty desires, anger, greed, illusion, envy and so forth, but if one obtains sufficient strength in spiritual advancement, one can control them. One who obtains such control will always be transcendentally situated, untouched by the modes of material nature. This is only possible when one fully engages in the service of the Lord.  Courtesy:  This beautiful site
