We often underestimate the power of our simple acts. We forget that we can really make our lives and the lives of people we live with wonderful by our tiny acts. Yes!!! I am not exaggerating or trying to flatter you..neither I have any motive to you motivate you secretly with my blog posts 😉

Most of the problems in Life are problems with one own self and problems with the people we deal with.  So the problems with one’s own self can be dealt because we are owners of our own life;  the real big problem is about problems with the people we deal with. When we face  problems with others we tend to ask the question “Why!!! Why!!!Why!!!”. In this scenarios a magical solution is “Putting Ourselves In Another Person’s Shoes!!!”

Yeah “Putting Ourselves In Another Person’s Shoes!!!” does not mean that we need to wear the shoes of other person, it just means thinking from their perspective too. Before we react/ act to other person’s views/ acts if we take 2 seconds of time and quickly think from other person’s perspective we have several advantages. If we make this as a habit, we will definitely become more matured, more balanced , more tolerable and more SUCCESSFUL and HAPPY Persons 🙂

Let me explain this concept further.  When we make this minimal effort of thinking from other person’s shoes, we will be empowered with this ability to judge and react in much more useful manner. Knowingly or unknowingly we tend to develop “Empathy” towards others.  Do not mistake Empathy with Sympathy. People don’t expect Sympathy, they expect Empathy. When we empathize with the fellow person we are interacting to, we gain a better edge in the communication. This formula may not work all the times, however the success rate is pretty high 😉 .

Got to listen to a wonderful lecture by “Sam Richards – A Radical Experiment in Empathy “  . Do check it with a calm mind and am sure it is going to do wonders in your everyday life 🙂

Have a wonderful week ahead 🙂
